1984 - Baku State University - Faculty of Law. In 2005, he was admitted to the Bar Association and have been engaged in legal practice as a lawyer since then. As of December 2012, he became a member of the Board of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Additionally, he hold the honorary titles of Doctor of Law and Honorary Lawyer from the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2007 - Baku State University-Faculty of Law. Since 2012, he has been working as a lawyer at the law firm "Adalat". In 2018, he was admitted to the Bar Association and currently practices as a lawyer.

1995 - Baku State University-Faculty of Law In 1997, he was admitted to the Bar Association and currently practices as a lawyer. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of Bar Association since 2017. He is the Honorary Doctor of Law of Azerbaijani Bar Association.
